A 12-Week Coaching & Education Program
Food Freedom is an online group program created by clinical psychologist Stephanie Georgiou, provided in a coaching and educational context, not as a psychological treatment or health service. It’s designed for women who feel stuck in a cycle of dieting, body dissatisfaction, and chaotic eating patterns.​
This course explores evidence-informed strategies to help you build a calmer, more aware relationship with food, rounded in compassion and awareness.
